I make things. Sometimes I make other things, too.
Hi, I’m Jimmy Lee Wirt, a multimedia designer with over 30+ years of experience in the field. I’m the producer of The Ralph Nader Radio Hour on Pacifica Radio, in which the renowned author, activist, lecturer, and former presidential candidate interviews movers and shakers from the world of politics, environmentalism, government ethics, social justice, and consumer advocacy. The Ralph Nader Radio Hour is co-hosted by Steve Skrovan, former executive producer of “Everybody Loves Raymond,” and current executive producer of “Hot in Cleveland.”
In addition, I was the producer of The David Feldman Show (also on Pacifica Radio), the hugely popular weekly talk and comedy show hosted by David Feldman, whose career as a comedy writer has included Dennis Miller Live, Real Time with Bill Maher, The Daily Show, the Academy Awards, and the Emmys. Guests on The David Feldman Show have included Robin Williams, Martin Short, Mort Sahl, Nathan Lane, Bob Saget, Andy Breckman, and Rob Smigel.
I also produced the podcast Bananaland with Bob Rubin and do some writing and voice acting on the show as well.
As a multimedia designer, my clients have included MGM, NBC, Universal, Elektra Records, Showtime, record producer Kim Fowley, musician Marky Ramone, the TV series “Set List,” and comedians Marc Maron, Paul Provenza, Rick Overton, Bob Rubin, Rick Shapiro, and Laura Kightlinger. In the last few years, I’ve pivoted to working in 3D modeling and VR, and I’m continuing learning new skills and methods.
